Prices you receive through this website, by phone or by email are estimates until confirmed in a written estimate. Your move itself is governed by the written estimate, order for service and bill of lading you sign, not by these website terms.
For interstate moves, federal rules give you specific rights. The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration explains them in Protect Your Move, including the booklet “Your Rights and Responsibilities When You Move”.
